Unfortunately the metrics checker is down. We are working with the company that hosts it to resolve the issue and hope to get it up and running shortly.

It’s one of those cases where the host is saying it is our fault and we are saying it’s their fault. So once we go through the proper support channels and someone at the hosting service actually looks at the site rather then sending cut and pastes from the knowledge base we should get this fixed.
