I know that many LinkAdage text link sellers put their advertisers on PayPal subscriptions to make monthly text link renewals easier. Unfortunately, PayPal subscriptions have not been processed by PayPal since August 30. Here is a good post on the topic:

It sounds like this issue should be fixed in a few days according to this post at the PayPal blog. PayPal still has not put a notice on their main website. What a mess.
