Description: I am looking to put a hosted marketing page up on your PR5 plus web site.  My page would have only 1 dofollow text link to my site and 4 or 5 nofollow links in it.  The page should have the title and description I need, plus a link from your home page with the keyword anchor text of my choice.  Amount can be negociable if your site ranks well and is of great quality.
This would be a permanent page that should fit into the template of your website.  I am fine with you running your own adsense on my hosted marketing page.
