If you have a somewhat standard WP theme you can add the the code to your sidebar.php or footer.php files that are part of your template.   In your wp admin, go to edit appearance and add the code. You might need to try a few times to get it in the right spot if you are not familiar with PHP but it is pretty much idiot proof.
