You ask for alot
PR7+ Financial site with good alexa and cheap price.  Such a link on a good site would be $120 plus per month (unless there is 20 or more paid links littering it).  I can get you a link on a penny stock site homepage pagerank 4 for $50 a month.  Great quality, cheap price.  Max 5 links will be sold - none sold so far.
