What is the Perfect Link

What is the perfect link?
For me it is would be having the only contextual link on a relevant home page that is between PR2 and PR5.  The site would have to be at least 3 years old and have real traffic and top 10 rankings for several keyword terms.  Of course, my link would be the only paid link on the website.
Can anyone top this link?

Unless I could get a link from Adobe or MS type site
I think you pretty much have nailed the perfect link.  Not to strong, not to weak, just right.... to get juice and stay under the radar.
